It has come to our attention that certain workshops and individuals are misrepresenting themselves as authorised dealers of iPE. Some have even displayed the official logos of iPE on their premises without proper authorisation.

We would like to clearly state that these parties are not recognised by iPE Malaysia. Any products purchased from unauthorised sources may not be genuine and not covered by iPE warranty, repair, replacement, technical support or after-sales service.

iPE Malaysia guarantees its iPE exhausts for a total period of one (1) year from the date of purchase (i.e. the invoice date), as long as your iPE Exhaust was purchased directly via iPE Malaysia or one of its authorised dealers. Product warranties are non-transferable. The warranty is limited to the exchange or repair of the defective part and not the entire exhaust, unless needed. Transportation cost and labor such as installation cost as well as other claims for compensation for damages are not part of our guarantee.

All our sports exhaust systems are designed on the basis of stock cars. Power enhancements, turbocharger modifications or other changes in design, which entail an increase in emission temperatures, may alter your iPE Exhaust, hence voiding its warranty. Any modifications on our products without consulting us beforehand, will result in an immediate expiration of the warranty.
